These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bijl ("bijl", "We", "Us", "Platform") governing your access to and use of the bijl online betting and casino platform, accessible at bijl.pro.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using any part of the bijl platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand their contents;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any future amendments;
• You meet all eligibility criteria specified in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party.

These Terms are supplemented by bijl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and bijl.

To be eligible to open and maintain a bijl account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted);
• You are accessing the platform from a location where online betting and casino activity is not explicitly prohibited by local law;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on bijl or any associated platform;
• You have not previously had a bijl account terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bijl or any of its affiliated game providers.

bijl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Where a player is found to be under 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all pending bets will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after deducting applicable processing fees.

Each individual player may hold exactly one bijl account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identity document;
• Your date of birth;
• A valid Bangladesh mobile number for account verification and two-factor authentication;
• Your preferred payment method details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. bijl will never ask for your password via any channel including live chat, email, or telephone. You must notify bijl support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

bijl operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a National Identity Card (NID), Passport, or driving licence — and proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal is processed . Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account restriction.

All financial transactions on bijl are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bijl supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your bijl account in real time under normal operating conditions. bijl does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bijl accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad under standard conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule. bijl processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

• Withdrawals will only be paid to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit, unless you have completed an enhanced identity verification process and submitted a formal payment method change request to bijl support;
• bijl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal of ৳50,000 or above;
• Funds deposited as a result of an error, system fault, or fraudulent transaction may be reclaimed by bijl without prior notice;
• Wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn — see Section 5.

bijl offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and T20 World Cup tournaments. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all bijl bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirement: All bonus amounts and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page;
• One bonus per player: Each player may claim each promotion once only. Use of multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings;
• Time limits: Bonuses must be claimed within the promotional period stated and wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified. Unclaimed or unfulfilled bonuses will expire automatically;
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a reduced percentage as stated in the promotion terms;
• Abuse: bijl reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a promotion has been exploited or abused.

bijl's sportsbook covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, baseball, kabaddi, and hockey. All bets are accepted subject to the following general rules:

• Bet placement: A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the amount is deducted from your account balance. Bets not confirmed in this manner are not valid;
• Odds: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet;
• Match cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and does not resume within 72 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned in full;
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted at bijl's discretion. bijl may suspend in-play markets at any time during a live event. Bets already confirmed before a suspension are not affected;
• Maximum payout: bijl applies a maximum single-event payout cap of ৳500,000. Bets that would result in winnings exceeding this cap will have odds adjusted or stake limited at the time of placement;
• Errors: In the event of a manifest error in odds — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed prices due to a technical fault — bijl reserves the right to void affected bets. Players will be notified and stakes returned.

bijl's casino offering includes live dealer games (powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi), slots (from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others), and crash games including Spribe's Aviator. The following rules apply to all casino games on bijl:

• Game integrity: All games available on bijl use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently verified by the respective game provider. bijl does not alter game outcomes in any way;
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface before play begins;
• Disconnection during play: If you experience a disconnection during a casino game round, bijl's system will complete the round according to the game's programmed rules. The result of a completed round stands regardless of connectivity issues on your device or network;
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction that affects game outcome, the affected game round will be voided and the stake returned. bijl's decision regarding the determination of a malfunction is final;
• Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bijl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a third party's identity;
• Using false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity;
• Attempting to manipulate bet outcomes through collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage exploitation, or any other coordinated strategy designed to circumvent bijl's risk management systems;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured odds for financial gain;
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your bijl account on your behalf;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at bijl staff or other platform users;
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising service to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

bijl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player;
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under bijl's Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own request or at bijl's discretion for non-fraudulent reasons, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, Terms breach, or prohibited conduct, bijl reserves the right to permanently forfeit the full account balance and pursue any available legal remedies.

bijl is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The platform provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time via the account settings panel or by contacting bijl support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account;
• Session time reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration;
• Temporary time-out: Suspend your account for a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and request to be excluded from bijl for a minimum period of 6 months or indefinitely.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bijl platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any bijl content without prior written consent from bijl.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bijl's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bijl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if bijl has been advised of the possibility of such loss. bijl is not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including network outages, third-party payment provider failures, or force majeure events.

bijl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at bijl.pro/privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms. By using the bijl platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bijl implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect player data from unauthorised access. bijl will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties, except as required to process payments or comply with legal obligations.

bijl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bijl will provide notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the bijl website, at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the bijl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using bijl and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.
